Application for Residence
The Total Freedom Discipleship House is the house of the Lord. Here you can receive reconciliation to God, learn His ways, and receive His weapons to fight against the enemy; then be reconciled to your family. Anyone desiring to enroll in our program must fill out the application and return it to us.
YOU MUST BE WILLING TO ABIDE BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Some basic regulations are:
No smoking or tobacco products
No mental medications allowed
No opposite sex relationships unless you are married
No secular TV or music allowed
No sex offenders or predators (due to the fact we are in a residential neighborhood)
Must be physically able to work
